大家都知道骨骼健康离不开钙质,维生素D。尤其是长跑者,爬山者,对膝盖、骨骼的照顾更加重要。除了这些,不要忘记还有一个很重要的营养物质 - 蛋白质!


摄取足够的钙,骨骼就一定健康吗?

不一定。*适量*的蛋白质有助于钙的吸收。蛋白质消化过程中释放的某些氨基酸可与钙结合形成可溶性钙盐,从而促进钙的吸收。


动物蛋白(酪蛋白casein和乳清蛋白whey),植物蛋白(大豆蛋白soy和豌豆蛋白pea),这些不同种类的蛋白质对骨骼健康有什么区别吗?

研究已证明,足够的蛋白质(不管是动物蛋白或者植物蛋白),伴随适当的钙摄入的均衡饮食,可以增加可以增加骨质密度,保护骨骼健康。前提是,你所摄取的动物蛋白必须是优质蛋白,而不是加工食品(火腿、香肠、培根)中的蛋白质。这些含磷(Phosphorus)量较高的食品,和钙质有相互抵抗的作用,一旦磷攝取过量,就會形成人体不易吸收和被利用的化合物,导致钙质流失。

另外,胶原蛋白也是蛋白质的一种,是骨骼、肌肉、肌腱和韧带的结构元素。天然食品中哪里可以摄取胶原蛋白?动物体内胶原蛋白含量最多的部位是皮肤、软骨和骨骼。


你一天的蛋白质需求量是多少呢?

每1kg体重,你所需要的蛋白质是0.8g-1g之间。如果你是长期运动者,体重60kg,你一天的蛋白质需求量是大约60g,也就是等于8-10颗鸡蛋的蛋白/ 3块鸡胸肉(超市冷冻包装区所看见的鸡胸肉)。

注:人体对蛋白质的需求量还取决于年龄、性别、基础代谢、劳动程度、特殊时期等。一般来说男性多于女性、年少多于年长。


给长期大量运动的朋友们,记得不要忘记适当的蛋白质还有钙的摄取哦!
